Kurma Almond Smoothie

Simple resepi untuk sahur..backup kalau terbangun lambat bukak fridge sambil mata separuh bukak, zasss dah boleh minum. Selalu nye I prepare smoothies ni sebelom tidur, then minum sejuk-sejuk baru best.

Bahan-bahan:

Kurma 7 biji (buang biji)
Buah badam/serbuk badam
Susu low fat/serbuk protein
secawan air
Oat secukupnya
Sedikit madu untuk rasa manis

Cara-cara:

Masukkan susu, kurma dan badam ke dalam blender. Blend sampai hancur. Letak oat. Tambah madu. Dan minum masa sahur.Tadaaaa..sedap dan berkhasiat.

* Kalau nak lagi best bole tambah ais dan ice cream vanilla ;)

35weeks, 6days

Doctor put me on bed rest sebab last week ada bloody show and I am now 2cm dilated. CTG shown that there is contraction going on but so far i didn't feel any pain. Baby pon dah move down but it is still too early for the baby to come out. Semalam pon Doc gave me jab untuk matangkan paru-paru baby. Hope mommy can still count weeks and not days. Alhamdulillah baby is doing good. Baby's weight is now at whooping 3kg. Mommy's weight has dropped by 1.5kg. ehemmm ;)

Pray for my safe recovery. Baby tak sabar nak keluar, you're only 35weeks baby. Sabar sayang..

kisah pantang

Nampak tak ticker kat atas tuu..I am 33weeks now! excited bercampur nervous. For a first time mom like me, google memang sangat membantu. Preparation is 75% done kot, In Sha Allah. Based on my last check up, doc advised suruh diet sbb baby membesar bagaikan johan. his weight is 2kg at 32weeks. Doc ckp that is consider as big baby..his weight supposed to be around 1.5kg. Mommy took a really good care of you baby..sbb tu awak overweight sikit. hehe

My due date will be on 13.8.13..I was hoping that baby will come out after raya, so that mommy can enjoy all the raya foods before going for confinement. hee. But if baby decide to pop out early, mommy pasrah je asalkan selamat semuanya. Cakap pasal pantang, now I nak share kat sini for my reference on the recipes, do and don't during confinement. Last time pantang for miscarriage ala-ala koboi sket but this time I nak pantang betol-betol because I gained so much!

1) Menu Breakfast
- biskut cracker/biskut wholemeal
- white bread / wholemeal bread
- cereals (cornflakes with milk)
- milo suam (but, there's some people yg tak sesuai.. sembelit katanya!) / susu suam (best option)

2) Menu Lunch-
- sup ikan haruan / tenggiri / bawal putih / merah
- steam ikan haruan / tenggiri / bawal putih / salmon / merah
- singgang ikan haruan / tenggiri / bawal putih / salmon / merah
- ikan panggang berkari - ikan haruan / tenggiri / bawal putih / salmon / merah
- daging goreng halia & black pepper
- ikan bilis goreng tumbuk dgn lada hitam
- isi ayam goreng halia & bijan
- kerabu pegaga
- sup sayur sawi bunga / lobak putih / kailan / carrot

3) Menu Tea Time-
- sama macam breakfast -

4) Menu Dinner
- sama macam lunch -

RESEPI

1. SUP IKAN HARUAN / TENGGIRI / BAWAL PUTIH / MERAH

bahan-bahan:-
air
halia, bawang merah, bawang putih - ditumbuk
daun sup
ikan

cara-cara:-
masukkan air dengan bahan2 yg ditumbuk, masukkan sedikit garam, setelah mendidih masukkan ikan & daun sup.

2. STEAM IKAN HARUAN / TENGGIRI / BAWAL PUTIH / MERAH / SALMON

bahan-bahan:-
ikan
halia
daup sup
tomato

cara-cara:-
letakkan halia yg dihiris (dgn jumlah yg agak byk), buah tomato yg dipotong, daun sup & sedikit garam diatas ikan & steam sampai ikan masak.

3. SINGGANG IKAN HARUAN / TENGGIRI / BAWAL PUTIH / MERAH

bahan-bahan:-
air
bawang merah, lengkuas - dihiris
serai
asam keping
ikan

cara-cara:-
rebuskan air bersama bawang merah, lengkuas (yg sudah dihiris), serai, 1 keping asam keping & sedikit garam. bila dah mendidih, masukkan ikan.

4. IKAN HARUAN / TENGGIRI / BAWAL PUTIH / MERAH / SALMON PANGGANG BERKARI

bahan-bahan:-
serbuk kari
serbuk kunyit
serbuk lada hitam
ikan

cara-cara:-
gaulkan semua bahan diatas bersama sedikit garam, lumurkan diatas ikan & panggang - boleh diletak atas dapur sahaja / dalam oven.

5. DAGING GORENG HALIA & BLACK PEPPER

bahan-bahan:-
daging
bawang putih, bawang besar, halia - dihiris
serbuk lada hitam
minyak bijan

cara-cara:-
tumiskan semua bahan yg dihiris (bawang putih, bawang besar, halia) dengan sedikit minyak bijan. masukkan daging & sedikit air (nak lembutkan daging) & masukkan sedikit garam & serbuk lada hitam.

6. IKAN BILIS GORENG

bahan-bahan:-
ikan bilis
serbuk / biji lada hitam

cara-cara:-
goreng ikan bilis sampai garing, angkat & toskan minyak. Kemudian tumbuk ikan bilis bersama lada hitam.

7. ISI AYAM GORENG HALIA & BIJAN

bahan-bahan:-
isi ayam
halia - dihiris
bijan - disangai / digoreng tanpa minyak

cara-cara:-
tumiskan halia yg dihiris dengan sedikit minyak, masukkan isi ayam. Setelah isi ayam dah masak, masukkan pula garam & akhir sekali bijan yg telah disangai.

8. AYAM MASAK HALIA (MUDA)

- isi ayam dipotong kecil-kecil
- bawang putih, halia muda dihiris halus-halus
- tumiskan bawang putih & halia bersama sesudu minyak zaitun
- masukkan ayam & lada hitam (pastikan guna api yang kecil)
- masukkan sedikit sos tiram sebagai perasa & sedikit air
- sedia untuk dihidangkan

9. AYAM BAKAR

bahan-bahan:

1/2 ekor ayam
2" halia
5 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar black pepper (ditumbuk)
5 sudu besar madu
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil kunyit

cara-cara:

Potong ayam dua bahagian
Lumurkan ayam dengan garam dan kunyit
Blend halia dan bawang putih
Campurkan halia, bawang putih, black pepper dan madu dan perap bersama ayam selama 2-3 jam
Bakar dalam oven selama 1/2 jam

10. KERABU PEGAGA

bahan-bahan:-
lada hitam, bawang merah, ikan bilis - ditumbuk
ulam pegaga

cara-cara:-
tumiskan semua bahan yg ditumbuk (lada hitam, bawang merah, ikan bilis) dengan minyak yang sedikit. dah garing, masukkan pegaga (sekejap je) & sedikit garam.

11. SUP SAYUR - SAWI BUNGA / LOBAK PUTIH / KAILAN / CARROT

bahan-bahan:-
sayur
air
bawang putih
daun sup
minyak bijan

cara-cara:-
tumiskan bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak, masukkan air, sedikit garam & sayur-sayuran. masukkan juga sedikit garam. setelah mendidih, masukkan daun sup & titiskan sedikit minyak bijan.

12. SAYUR SAWI GORENG BERSAMA SOS TIRAM 

tumis bawang putih bersama sesudu minyak zaitun,
masukkan batang sawi, setengah sudu sos tiram, sedikit air & daun sawi

* air untuk menyegarkan badan & membuang angin
- rebuskan serai, daun pandan, halia & sedikit gula

tips jerebu

Nak share this with my dear friends.. skrang musim jerebu teruk sangat. Keluar rumah mmg sesak nak bernafas, kene pakai mask. So get yourself protected ok!

1) Banyakkan minum air kelapa sbb air kelapa mengandungi oksigen mudah larut menembusi sel

2) Minum air limau nipis sbb limau nipis mengandungi vitamin C asli yang dapay menyerap asid sebelum sempat bertukar menjadi gas yg lebih merbahaya.

now everyone can bake

Today nak share easy peasy recipe for a noob baker like me. Terima kaseh kak Fyann Jamal. Kak Fynn suka share recipe, korang boleh refer hashtag dia kat Instagram #resipirumahkokping

Yours truly blom sempat try sbb Nutella almost kehabisan. Nanti dah stock up kita try, kita tepek resepi dulu untuk future reference ok!

3 bahan je diperlukan:

- Nutella
- Telur
- Tepung serbaguna

1) Nutella 1 cawan,gaul dgn telur 2 biji (Size besar) sampai mesra.

* Pesan Kak Fynn kalau nutella tu ketat sangat, panaskan je dlm microwave.

2) Bila dah mesreeeeee, masukkan 10 sudu besar tepung secara berperingkat

3) Bila dah siap, bubuh dalam cupcake liners.

4) Preheat oven 180 C, pastu bakar dalam 12-15 minit

5) Siap! Enak dimakan bersama eskrim vanilla. Tak sabar nak try ni.

a home of our own

Entry ni ada dalam draft post dah lama tp malas nak publish..hehe.

Alhamdulillah, we finally own a home of our own. Not a semi-d or a bungalow, it's just another pigeon hole. We are SO grateful to have had it but that whole situation is not easy. Kuciwa sbb melepas rumah idaman 2 kali.. kuciwa bila suka that particular house but sadly it is not within our budget..pasrah je lah. We spent a few months on house hunting and we finally secured this house somewhere in 2011, few months before we got married.

What i love about this place are:
- Duplex condo with the Balinese inspired landscaped. Feels like every day resort living la konon :p
- Facilities and landscape are well maintained
- Every unit comes with 2 covered cark park and ample space for visitor parking. Family nak datang visit senang
- Easy access to IKEA and Cineleisure. Our favorite place for movie,lepak and makan.
- Ada kedai nasi kukus utara yg best!

What i don't like about this place are:
- Traffic jam problem every morning during the weekdays. There is one time we both stucked in our own car park basement at 8.30am in the morning and after 30 minutes, we barely move 300 meters and not even from the car park.It's the only road exist to the sub-main road. Hopefully they will do something for this.

We did some minor renovation to the house. Until now pon blom habis renovation, buat sikit2 depending on  $$ available. hehe. Overall we are so grateful with what we currently have.
